Welcome to Integrity Landscapes Chattanooga. By utilizing our website, requesting estimate quotes, or contracting our professional landscaping, hardscaping, lawn care, or outdoor lighting services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.
All initial estimates provided via our online scope builder, phone consultations, or email are preliminary estimates subject to physical on-site property evaluation. Binding service contracts and project pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to project commencement.
For scheduled service visits, clients must ensure that property access gates are unlocked, work zones are clear of pets, toys, lawn furniture, and pet waste, and vehicles are parked away from work areas to allow mower and machinery access.
For projects requiring excavation or digging (retaining walls, patio pavers, outdoor lighting, tree planting), Integrity Landscapes will request public utility locates via Tennessee 811. Clients are responsible for informing us of unmapped private underground lines (such as private irrigation lines, invisible dog fences, or custom outdoor wiring).
Outdoor services in Hamilton County are subject to weather conditions. In the event of heavy rain, frozen soil, or severe weather, scheduled service dates may be adjusted to prevent turf damage, soil compaction, or unsafe working conditions.
Payment terms will be outlined on your written estimate or service agreement. For recurring lawn maintenance, invoices are due upon receipt. For custom hardscape installations, a deposit may be required to secure materials, with the balance due upon completion.
Integrity Landscapes operates with full commercial liability insurance. We take extreme care on every property; however, we are not liable for pre-existing turf damage, drought conditions, or unmapped private underground utilities not disclosed prior to work.
